The coffee that’s made without ‘coffee beans’

Just like the concepts ‘meatless meat’, ‘eggless egg’ and ‘milkless milk’ hit us and we all accepted them with open arms, the new concept of ‘coffeeless coffee’ is here to stay. Called molecular coffee, it is made with sunflower seed husks and watermelon seeds that undergo a chemical process, which has been patented to yield molecules that mimic the flavour of a real coffee. The result of this chemical process is grounds that are brewed just like a regular cup of coffee. Also, if you are wondering about the caffeine content in it, then you will be in for a surprise as it has enough caffeine to avoid any other drink.
